I'm here to say that after talking with the folks at Uncle Jim's Worm Farm, I've deleted my previous post. Advertising errors do happen and they freely admitted it happened to them. They made it up to me three-fold! The new worms arrived an hour ago, full of life and happily adjusting to their new environment. The worms are top quality and professionally packaged for shipping. (Hands down the best packaging I've ever received from any other worm farm.) I'm making it a point going forward to make sure I recommend "Uncle Jim's" to people attending all the future seminars we'll be at! Thanks, again, to you and your staff and, hopefully, we'll be doing business again soon.

Whether you're a seasoned composter or just getting started, this is the place to go. The Red Wigglers are absolute champions, vigorous, plump, and incredibly active right out of the bag. My compost bin has never been more productive. I also ordered the European Night Crawlers, and I was blown away by their size and health. These are clearly well-raised, well-fed worms — not the pale, lethargic ones you sometimes get elsewhere. Shipping was impressively fast. My worms arrived well-packaged, with excellent bedding to keep them comfortable in transit. Not a single casualty, every single worm arrived alive and ready to work. That kind of care in packaging really speaks to how seriously they take their product. I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service they responded quickly, were genuinely helpful, and clearly knew their stuff. I had an exceptional experience with Uncle Jim’s Worm Farm. I ordered 2,000 European nightcrawlers with overnight shipping, and everything arrived very well packaged and in good condition. At first the worms were a little still from shipping, but as soon as I opened the bag and gently moved them around, they quickly became active and lively. To my surprise, they also generously included 1,000 red wigglers and coco coir bedding at no extra charge, which I truly appreciated. Their customer service was outstanding as well. I emailed with questions about my shipment, and they responded quickly, professionally, and kindly. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines excellent products with truly responsive customer care. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the health of their worms. I would absolutely order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone interested in gardening, composting, soil improvement, or vermiculture. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!
